How Long Does Shipping Take?
Once your order is placed, we'll start making your lamp within 24–72 hours.
Since every lamp is handmade just for you, production usually takes 1–2 weeks. During busy periods, it may take a little longer.
After your lamp is finished, shipping takes around 7–10 days worldwide.
In total, you can expect your order to arrive in about 3–4 weeks.

When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Returns & Guarantees
We carefully inspect every lamp before it ships. If your order still arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, simply send us a few photos and we'll make it right with a free replacement.
Can I request a custom design?
Not at the moment. All available designs are listed in our shop, and we're always adding new ones. Stay tuned!
