Refund and Return Policy

At Tebeary, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. If your order is not right for you, the following return and refund policy explains how we can help.

1. 30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original condition.

  • All included parts and accessories must be returned.

  • The product should be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

  • You must provide your order number or another valid proof of purchase.

Products purchased during a sale or promotion are eligible for return under the same conditions unless they were clearly marked as final sale before purchase.

This 30-day return policy is an additional benefit and does not limit any statutory consumer rights that may apply in your country.

2. How to Start a Return

Before sending anything back, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • Photographs if the product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect

If your return is accepted, we will provide the return address and instructions.

Items returned without contacting us first may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or no longer want it, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Tebeary is not responsible for returned packages that are lost during transit.

If the product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs or provide another appropriate solution.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Where required by applicable consumer law, eligible standard outbound delivery costs will also be refunded.

We may reduce the refund if the returned product has been used, damaged or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.

5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your product is damaged, defective, incomplete or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at teabearyofficial@gmail.com and include photographs of:

  • The product

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

  • Any visible damage or defect

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, refund or another appropriate solution.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods.

6. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

The quickest way to receive a different product or pack size is to return the original item and place a new order after the return has been approved.

7. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale before purchase, where permitted by applicable law

  • Products damaged through misuse, incorrect installation or normal wear and tear

  • Products returned without all essential parts

These exclusions do not apply where the product was already defective, damaged or incorrect when delivered, or where applicable law provides otherwise.

8. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee cancellation or modification once an order has been processed or shipped.

9. European Union and EEA Customers

Customers in the European Union or European Economic Area may have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, without providing a reason.

The 30-day return period offered by Tebeary gives eligible customers additional time and does not replace or reduce this statutory right.
